How to Use this Manual?

The purpose of this Online User Manual is to provide Users with a guide on how to carry out the various banking operational processes and tasks using the Synergi system functions.

To obtain a better understanding of each system functions, Users can first make reference to the actual function in the system, and where necessary, click once on the corresponding user manual access icon or button for the detailed explanation.

For each function in this User Manual, User will be able to view more details, as follows:-

  • What can a function do and its relativity to other functions or banking processes and sub-processes?

  • The steps for various operation action mode, e.g., How to View Records?, How to Create Records?, How to Add or Remove Records?

  • The purpose of each field and what are the possible values that can be selected?

There are several ways that this manual can be accessed:-

  • Mouse over the CoreBank Settings icon and click once on it. Once the User Settings window pops up, mouse over the Browse Help File hyperlink and click once on it.

  • Upon user selecting a function from the system’s Tree Menu, click once on the FunctionAccessRightsSet icon. Then, click once the hyperlinked <Form ID> (e.g., CS5221) of the function.

In order to view the description of each field, User needs to click on the respective function’s 'Fields' Description' hyperlink.

User needs to mouse over the respective function name, in order to view all the possible available operation actions, that can be performed via the function, e.g., Create Record, View Record, Update Record and more.

User just needs to click once on the ExitFromForm icon at the top right-hand side of the Manual’s pop-up window, in order to exit from the window.
