How to Check Account Details and Transaction History?

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the Credit Account 360 function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over the Credit Account 360 function name and click once on it.

  3. Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen, provided the user has access rights granted by system administrator.

  4. Search and search for the relevant account.

  5. The details of the selected account will be displayed.

  6. Click once on the 'Transaction' section name to view the related transaction history.
