Other Due Account Enquiry Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Input Details for the 'Call Borrower' Event, Save and Submit

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the 'Other Due Account Enquiry' function, and then click on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available debt collection cases (accounts) will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list, or to narrow down the list, by inputting value into the relevant search criteria fields available, and then pressed on either the 'Tab' or 'Enter' key on the keyboard, or click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Mouse over the record and click at Details icon.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the related details of the selected debt collection case (account) at the Collection Workspace panel.

Step 5

Click once on the 'Ad Hoc Event' button located at the 'Summary' panel.

Step 6

System will display a list of events (activities) for selection.

Step 7

Mouse over the 'Call Borrower' event and then click once on it.

Step 8

System will display the Call Borrower pop-up window.

Step 9

Proceed to input values at the relevant fields and columns displayed at the Call Borrower pop-up window, as follows:-.

Note:

  • Input value into the following fields:-

    • Contact No.

    • Tel. No.

  • Proceed to attach file(s) to the event, as follows:-

    • Click once on the Add button located above the 'File Name' column.

    • Once the 'File Attachment' window pop up, proceed to input the relevant details.

    • Then, click once on the 'Upload' button at the 'File Attachment' pop-up window in order to select the relevant file to be uploaded.

    • Upon selected the relevant file name from the 'Open File' window and then click once on the 'Open' button.

    • System will display the selected file name at the 'Upload' Field.

    • Then, click once on the OK button at the 'File Attachment' pop-up window.

Step 10

Click once on the Save button at the 'Call Borrower' pop-up window. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all data inputted.

Note:

  • To discard all changes made, click once on the Cancel button at the 'Call Borrower' pop-up window.

  • Click once on the 'Submit' button at the 'Call Borrower' pop-up window in order to submit the event upon completed the 'Call Borrower' event.

Scenario 2: Input Details for the 'Promise to Pay' Event, Save and Submit

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the 'Other Due Account Enquiry' function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available debt collection cases (accounts) will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list, or to narrow down the list, by inputting value into the relevant search criteria fields available, and then pressed on either the 'Tab' or 'Enter' key on the keyboard, or click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Mouse over the record and click at Details icon.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the related details of the selected debt collection case (account) at the 'Collection Workspace' panel.

Step 5

Click once on the 'Ad Hoc Event' button located at the 'Summary' panel.

Step 6

System will display a list of events (activities) for selection.

Step 7

Mouse over the 'Promise to Pay' event and then click once on it.

Step 8

System will display the 'Promise to Pay' pop-up window.

Step 9

Proceed to input values at the relevant fields and columns displayed at the 'Promise to Pay' pop-up window, as follows:-

  • Input value into the following fields:-

    • PTP Date

    • Insurance Due

  • Click on the CreateNewRecord button, and proceed to input value into the 'Payment Arrangement' pop-up window. Then click once on the OK button.

Step 10

Lastly, click once on the Save button at the 'Promise to Pay' pop-up window. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all data inputted.

Note:

  • To discard all changes made, click once on the Cancel button at the 'Call Borrower' pop-up window.

  • Click once on the Submit button at the 'Promise to Pay' pop-up window in order to submit the event upon completed the 'Promise to Pay' event.

Scenario 3: Add General Remark to the Delinquent Account

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the 'Other Due Account Enquiry' function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available debt collection cases (accounts) will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list, or to narrow down the list, by inputting value into the relevant search criteria fields available, and then pressed on either the 'Tab' or 'Enter' key on the keyboard, or click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Mouse over the record and click at Details icon.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the related details of the selected debt collection case (account) at the 'Collection Workspace' panel.

Step 5

Click once on the 'Remarks' section.

Step 6

Then, click once on the Add.

Step 7

System will display the 'Remarks' pop-up window.

Step 8

Proceed to input the comments and notation relating to the selected delinquent account.

Step 9

Click once on the Save button located at the 'Remarks' pop-up window. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all data inputted.

Note: To discard all inputs made, click on the Cancel button.

Scenario 4: To Untag Delinquent Account(s) from 'Tele-Collector'

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the 'Other Due Account Enquiry' function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

  • All the available debt collection cases (accounts) will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list, or to narrow down the list, by inputting value into the relevant search criteria fields available, and then pressed on either the 'Tab' or 'Enter' key on the keyboard, or click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Mouse over the record and click at Details icon.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the related details of the selected debt collection case (account) at the 'Collection Workspace' panel.

Step 5

Click once on the 'Tag Tele-Collector' hyperlink, located at the 'Account Info' section.

Step 6

System will display the 'Tag Tele-Collector' window.

Step 7

Mouse over the 'No' option.

Step 8

Then, click once on the Save button located at the 'Tag Tele-Collector' pop-up window. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all data inputted.

Note: To discard all inputs made, click on the Cancel button.
