How to Create Blacklisted Customer Record?

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the Blacklist Customer function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over the Blacklist Customer function name and click once on it.

  3. Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen.

  4. Search and select the customer record by ID No., or Name.

  5. Check whether there are any existing blacklist records for the selected customer.

  6. Proceed to create new blacklist record for the selected customer, by selecting the blacklist type and blacklist code, and input other related data.

  7. Thereafter, save it.
