Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Audit Log Enquiry function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen without any data.

Step 3

Proceed to input value for the relevant search criteria, and then click on the button.

Note: Click once on the button to clear off the search criteria inputted and/ or the records retrieved, in order to input new search criteria.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display list of user records with related activity logs.

Note: Input value into the 'Table Name' or 'Function' field to further filter and narrow down the records, retrieved and displayed.

Step 5

Mouse over the icon of the respective User ID, and then click once on it.

Step 6

The related activity logs will be displayed.
