Collection Workdesk - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View Progress of Assigned Debt Collection Cases

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Collection Workdesk function, and then click on it.

Step 2

By default, the system will open to the 'Overview' section, which displays the number of debt collection cases (delinquent accounts), broken down by the default 'Product' filter in a listing view. The list could also be viewed with the following filters.

  • Product(Default)

  • Branch

  • Plan

  • Customer Type

  • Solicitor

Note:

  • All the number of assigned debt collection cases (delinquent accounts) will be included at the listing displayed, at the 'Overview' section.

  • User can select other filters to view the related breakdowns of the debt collection cases (delinquent accounts) by clicking on the Checkbox at the 'View By' field.

  • Mouse over a hyperlinked number and double clicks on it, where system will divert user’s focus to the 'Collection Workspace' screen, displaying the related details for the first account, if the hyperlinked number been clicked is greater than 1 count.

Step 3

Click once on the 'Chart' section.

Step 4

System will divert the user’s focus to the 'Chart' section, which displays the number of debt collection cases (delinquent accounts) grouped by the 'Debt Collection Plan' in a bar chart view. The following filters (legend)can also be used to view each of the 'Debt Collection Plan' accounts.

  • Total Accts

  • New Acct

  • Active PTP.

  • Max Broken PTP.

  • NPSR

Note:

  • All the number of assigned debt collection cases (delinquent accounts) will be included at the chart displayed, at the 'Chart' section.

  • By clicking on the related legends, the user can select or deselect other chart legends to view the related breakdowns of the debt collection cases (delinquent accounts).

  • Mouse over a hyperlinked number and double clicks on it, where system will divert user’s focus to the 'Collection Workspace' screen, displaying the related details for the first account, if the hyperlinked number been clicked is greater than 1 count.

Scenario 2: Quick Search for Debt Collection Cases (Delinquent-Accounts)

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Collection Workdesk function, and then click on it.

Step 2

By default, the system will open to the 'Overview' section, which displays the number of debt collection cases (delinquent accounts), broken down by the default 'Product' filter in a listing view. The list could also be viewed with the following filters.

  • Product(Default)

  • Branch

  • Plan

  • Customer Type

  • Solicitor

Note:

  • All the number of assigned debt collection cases (delinquent accounts) will be included at the listing displayed, at the 'Overview' section.

  • User can select other filters to view the related breakdowns of the debt collection cases (delinquent accounts) by clicking on the Checkbox at the 'View By' field.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the 'Search Case' button. System will display the Search Case pop-up window.

Step 4

Proceed to input value at relevant search criteria fields to retrieve list of delinquent accounts. Proceed to click on the Search button.

Note: To clear off the search criteria input made earlier, click once on the Reset button.

Step 5

System will retrieve and display the list of related debt collection cases (delinquent accounts).

Step 6

Mouse over a relevant debt collection case (delinquent account) record and click twice on it.

Step 7

System will divert user’s focus to the 'Collection Workspace' function displaying the relating details, accordingly.

Scenario 3: View Delinquent Accounts that Require Actions

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Collection Workdesk function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up at the 'Overview' section, displaying the number of debt collection cases (delinquent accounts), breakdown by the following categories and filtered by the default 'Product' filter in a listing view.

  • 'Debt Collection' Plan

  • Total Accts

  • New Acct

  • Active PTP.

  • Max Broken PTP.

  • NPSR

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the 'To Do Tasks' section name.

Step 4

System will display the list of delinquent accounts that requires action to be performed.

Note:

  • In order to narrow down the list, user can input value into the relevant search criteria fields and then clicked once on the 'Load' button.

  • Click once on the 'Reset' button in order to refresh the search criteria and list of accounts loaded.

Step 5

Mouse over a relevant debt collection case (delinquent account) record and click twice on it.

Step 6

System will divert user’s focus to the 'Collection Workspace' function displaying the relating details, accordingly.
