How to View Credit Application Status?

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the CA Enquiry function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over either the CA Enquiry function name and click once on it.

  3. Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen.

  4. Search and select for the relevant credit application.

  5. System will display the details of the selected credit application, which include the credit application progress or status.

Note:

  • The CA Enquiry function allows authorised users to view the details of each credit application in various statuses or workflow states.

  • Alternatively, if a credit application has been assigned to the logged on user of a certain workflow state, he can also view the related details, and progress or status of the same credit application using the CA Workspace function. Upon entering the function screen, user can either input the credit application number or any keywords related to the credit application or search by the relevant workflow stage or task card.
