GL Set (General) Maintenance Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Update Details of a GL Scheme

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the GL Set (General) Maintenance function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available 'General' GL scheme records will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or input values into the relevant search criteria fields, and then click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Click once on the Details icon, of a 'General' GL scheme record.

Step 4

The details of the selected 'General' GL scheme record, will be displayed at the GL Set Details panel.

Step 5

Double-click on a GL field record at the GL Set Details panel.

Note: Repeat this Step 5 and 6 for each relevant GL field record before proceed to Step 7.

Step 6

Proceed to overwrite the value at the relevant columns of the selected GL field record, and then click once on the OK button.

Note: Repeat this Step 5 and 6 for each relevant GL field record before proceed to Step 7.

Step 7

Thereafter, click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all the data updated.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all updates made.
