Account Details Function - Create Scenarios

Scenario 1: View and Maintain Credit Account Details

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Account Details function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up the Account Information panel without any data.

Step 3

Proceed to input value for the search criterion field.

Step 4

Then click once on a relevant search criterion button.

Step 5

System will retrieve the relevant accounts, and display accordingly at the Accounts Search pop-up window.

Step 6

Double-click on a relevant account.

Step 7

The information of the selected account will be displayed at the Account Details panel on the following sections:-

  • Main

  • Correspondence

  • Corr.Email

  • Other Details

  • Document

Step 8

Proceed to input value into each relevant fields and columns, as follows:-

  • Click once on the respective section’s name, to go to the respective section.

  • Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the ExpandedPrompt icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select.

  • Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value.

  • Mouse over a check box field, and then click once on it, to select. Click once on the same checked check box to deselect it.

  • At the 'Document' section, click once on the CreateNewRecord button. Proceed input value at relevant fields at the Add Document pop-up window and click on the Upload button. Proceed to search for the relevant file and double-click on it at the 'Open' panel, to select the file. Thereafter, click once the OK button at the Add Document pop-up window.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button at the Add Document pop-up window, to discard all changes made.

Step 9

Thereafter, click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all data inputted.
