Pricing Scheme Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Change Details of Pricing Scheme

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Pricing Scheme function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the Pricing Scheme List panel, containing an unfiltered list of pricing scheme(s), if any.

Note:

  • All the available pricing scheme(s) will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or input the relevant search criteria and click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Click once on the Details icon of a pricing scheme.

Step 4

System will display the details of the selected pricing scheme, at the Pricing Details panel.

Step 5

Proceed to overwrite the relevant fields at the 'Pricing Details' panel, as follows:-

  • Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value.

  • Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the ExpandedPrompt icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select.

  • Mouse over a radio button option of a field, and then click once on it, to select.

  • Click once on the Calendar icon, for system to display the calendar window for user to select the relevant date value for a field or column.

Note: For existing pricing scheme, only the main details can be edited. If user wish to make changes to the pricing tiers, he can delete the pricing scheme and create another pricing scheme with the relevant details (including pricing tiers).

Step 6

Lastly, click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save the data updated.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.
