Non Past Due Account Enquiry Function - Introduction

This function basically allows the authorised user to view and track each credit facility account’s repayment performance, following the account regularisation on the past due repayment outstanding amount.

The details that can be viewed from this function are as follows:-

  • Customer details (break down by different main holder and joint holder(s))

  • Brief overdue details

  • Account details

  • Promise-to-pay (PTP) details

  • Previous Litigation process details

  • Remarks or comments on the account.
