Document Printing Function - Fields Description

At this function, user will come across various fields or columns that needs to be maintained with relevant data.

The descriptions of the respective field or column, are as follows:-

<Document Search> (Panel)
Document Name	This is the code of a particular document that can be printed, e.g., CR34311 - Reminder 1.
<Document Listing> (Panel)
Document Name	This is the code of a particular document that can be printed, e.g., CR34311.
Description	This is the brief definition of a document that can be printed, e.g., REMINDER 1.
Module Code	This is the area in the system, of which the respective report belonged, e.g., LN.

<Document Search> (Panel)

Document Name

This is the code of a particular document that can be printed, e.g., CR34311 - Reminder 1.

<Document Listing> (Panel)

Document Name

This is the code of a particular document that can be printed, e.g., CR34311.

Description

This is the brief definition of a document that can be printed, e.g., REMINDER 1.

Module Code

This is the area in the system, of which the respective report belonged, e.g., LN.

Report Code	This is the code associated with a specific report or document that has been pre-defined earlier, e.g., CR34311.
Report Name	This is the description or name of the report or document associated with a report, or document code, e.g., Reminder 1.
Module Code	This is the area in the system, of which the respective report belonged, e.g., LN.
Parameter ID	This is the system report parameter code that will determine the results display as the contents of the respective report or document, e.g., BRN_FROM - From Branch.
Parameter Name	This is the brief description of the respective parameter code, e.g., From Branch.
Value	This is the parameter value either defaulted by system or inputted by user that forms part of the contents filter of the report or document, e.g., From Branch 00001 To Branch 0099.
