Expired Account Enquiry Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View Expired Accounts

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Expired Accounts function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

System will open up the screen displaying the following search criteria with default values, at the following fields:-

  • From Branch (Default to the logon user’s branch code)

  • To Branch (Default to the logon user’s branch code)

  • Expire From (Default to present system date)

  • Expire To (Default to a date that is one month later to the date inputted at the 'Expire From' field)

Step 3

Proceed to overwrite values of the search criteria (if applicable), and then click once on the Search button.

Note: Click once on the Reset button, to clear off all the data that have been inputted and displayed.

Step 4

System will retrieve the relevant records and displayed them, accordingly at the bottom part of the screen.

Note: Records of groups by branch code and product code will be displayed.

Step 5

Mouse over the record of group by branch and product, and then click once on the Details button.

Step 6

System will display the selected record’s breakdowns on the Accounts List panel.

Note:

  • Click once on the Excel button, to download the list of accounts displayed at the screen into an Excel file.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to exit from the screen.
