Officer Work Desk Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View and Access Assigned Tasks

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Officer Work Desk function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up the screen displaying all the available Officer Work Desk process task cards, as follows:-

  1. Task (Other than the Credit Application Workflow assigned tasks, e.g., Credit Facility Release)

  2. Review (Tasks that require Review)

  3. Approval (Tasks that require Approval)

  4. Pending Override (Tasks that require Override)

Step 3

Click once on the 'Task' or 'Review' or 'Approval' or 'Pending Override' task card.

Step 4

System will display the related list of related tasks for either further actions or override at the bottom part of the Officer Work Desk panel.

Step 5

Mouse over a relevant assigned task record, and double-click for system to navigate to other related function or process screen.
