Transaction Document Maintenance Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Update Transaction Document

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Transaction Document Maintenance function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

* All the existing transaction document records will be listed. * User needs to either go through the entire list or input values into the relevant search criteria fields, and then click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Click once on the Details icon of a transaction document record at the Transaction Document Maintenance Listing panel.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the relevant details of the selected transaction document at the Transaction Document Maintenance Details panel.

Step 5

Proceed to overwrite the value of the respective fields at the Transaction Document Maintenance Details screen.

Step 6

Click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save data updated.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.
