Memo Message Function - Create Scenarios

Scenario 1: Create Customer’s Memo

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Memo Message function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up the Customer Search Criteria panel.

Step 3

Proceed to input value at the 'Please Enter Search Value' field. Then, click once on a relevant search criterion button.

Step 4

System will retrieve records of existing customer and display accordingly at the Customer Listing pop-up window.

Step 5

Mouse over a customer record and then click twice on it.

Step 6

Information of the selected record of existing customer will be displayed at the 'Customer Information' panel, and the 'Memo Message' panel.

Step 7

Click once on the CreateNewRecord button.

Step 8

System will display the Memo Message Details pop-up window.

Step 9

Proceed to input value into all the relevant fields at the Memo Message Details pop-up window.

Step 10

Thereafter, click once on the Save button at the Memo Message Details pop-up window. Upon confirming on data saving, system will proceed to capture and save data inputted.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.
