Process ROPA Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View ROPA In Process Details

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Process ROPA function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up the screen displaying all the ROPA Process task cards, as follows:-

  • New Request (Request or book a collateral item as an ROPA item)

  • Pending Approval (Review, propose and approve on ROPA items)

  • Pull Out (Pull out ROPA items for repossession)

  • Take Up (Update Repossession status of ROPA item)

Step 3

Select and click once on the following task card for viewing :

  • Pending Approval

  • Pull Out

  • Take Up

Step 4

System will retrieve and display all the data on the respective panel.

Step 5

Proceed to view the details on each panel.
