CA Workspace Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Update and Submit Application at the 'Draft' Stage

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the 'My Draft' task card.

Note: The credit applications parked at the 'My Draft' task card is originated from the newly created application from the 'New Application' task card in this 'CA Workspace' function.

Step 4

System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card.

Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage.

Step 5

Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it.

Step 6

System will display the details of the selected credit application (as mentioned in the 'View Scenarios' page).

Step 7

Proceed to input and overwrite value at all the relevant fields or columns in the function, accordingly.

Note:

  • Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value.

  • Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the ExpandedPrompt icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select.

  • Mouse over a radio button option of a field, and then click once on it, to select.

  • Click once on the Add button, for system to display a related window for data input of a certain new record, and to confirm to populate the data of the new record.

  • Click once on the Remove Delete icon of a record, to remove it.

  • Click once on the Details icon, for system to display a pop-up window containing more related details of a selected record.

  • Click once on the Calendar icon, for system to display the calendar window for user to select the relevant date value for a field or column.

  • Click once on the ClickToAddMemo icon, for system to display the 'Memo' window for user to input a memo contents.

  • Click once on the Upload button, for system to display the 'Open Directory to Search for File' panel, for user to select the relevant file for attachment to be uploaded.

  • Mouse over the 'Available' check box of each relevant document type field, and then click once on it, to indicate that the respective document is available, but pending readiness for upload.

  • Click once on the DeleteAttachedtFile icon, for system to remove the attached file.

  • Click once on the AddComments button, for system to display a pop-up window to key in the comments for the present workflow stage.

Note:

  • When creating a new guarantor, if the existing CIF record matches the guarantor’s record, the system will show a Existing Customer Found pop-up window.

  • Click on the Checkbox button in the 'Is Found' field to activate the 'Confirm Dedupe' button and confirm the guarantor’s existing record.

Step 8

Once completed, click once on the Submit button.

Note:

  • Click once on the View Attachments2 button, to display the documents uploaded earlier by the respective party involved in the credit application.

  • Click once on the Save button, to save the application without submitting it to the next stage.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all data inputted or updated, or return to the previous main screen.

  • Click once on the Delete button, to remove the 'draft' application record from the function.

  • Click once on the SaveAssist button, to request another user to help work on some part on a new application. User can select another specific User ID for assistance or let another User from the same User group and level of the logon user to pick up the application.

Step 9

System will prompt a submission confirmation message. Click once on the OK button.

Step 10

The updated details of the application will be saved, and the application will move to the next stage.

Scenario 2: Update and Submit Application at the 'Credit Check' Stage

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the 'Credit Check' task card.

Step 4

System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card.

Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage.

Step 5

Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it.

Step 6

System will display the details of the selected credit application.

Step 7

Proceed to overwrite the relevant fields or columns at the relevant sections, as follows (whichever applicable).

However, at the 'Facility' section, proceed to check the facility details and amend the relevant fields' or columns' value, and then click once on the 'Compute' button.

  • Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value.

  • Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the ExpandedPrompt icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select.

  • Mouse over a radio button option of a field, and then click once on it, to select.

  • Click once on the Add button, for system to display a related window for data input of a certain new record, and to confirm to populate the data of the new record.

  • Click once on the Remove Delete icon of a record, to remove it.

  • Click once on the Compute2 button, for system to compute the repayment details, based on the data inputted.

  • Click once on the Details icon, for system to display a pop-up window containing more related details of a selected record.

  • Click once on the Calendar icon, for system to display the calendar window for user to select the relevant date value for a field or column.

  • Click once on the ClickToAddMemo icon, for system to display the 'Memo' window for user to input a memo contents.

  • Click once on the Upload button, for system to display the 'Open Directory to Search for File' panel, for user to select the relevant file for attachment to be uploaded.

  • Mouse over the 'Available' check box of each relevant document type field, and then click once on it, to indicate that the respective document is available, but pending readiness for upload.

  • Click once on the DeleteAttachedtFile icon, for system to remove the attached file.

  • Click once on the AddComments button, for system to display a pop-up window to key in the comments for the present workflow stage.

Step 8

System will compute and display the repayment details at the bottom part of the 'Facility' section.

Step 9

Click once on the 'KYC' section name, and proceed to do the followings:-

  • Check on the checkbox of the 'Internal Blacklist' event record

  • Then click once on the 'Trigger Event Check' button

Step 10

System will trigger the search for any matching blacklisted customer records, by comparing the customer details inputted for the applicant (main-holder) and guarantor, against the financier’s internal list of blacklisted customer in system.

Step 11

Upon completion of all the relevant KYC checks and that user has taken all other necessary actions on the KYC findings, click once on the Submit button.

Note:

  • Click once on the View Attachments button, to view the attached documents.

  • Click once on the Save button, to save the application without submitting it to the next stage.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all data inputted or updated, or return to the previous main screen.

  • Click once on the Rework button, to revert the application to the relevant previous workflow stage.

  • Click once on the Cancel or Reject Appl button, to cancel or reject the application at the present workflow stage.

Step 12

System will prompt a submission confirmation message. Click once on the OK button.

Step 13

The updated details of the application will be saved, and the application will move to the next stage.

Scenario 3: Review and Recommend Application at the 'Credit Reco' Stage

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the 'Credit Reco' task card.

Step 4

System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card.

Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage.

Step 5

Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it.

Step 6

System will display the details of the selected credit application.

Step 7

Proceed to review all the inputted information, accordingly.

Note:

  • Click once on the View Attachments button, to view the attached documents.

  • Click once on the View DSR button, to view the computed debt service ratio of the application, based on the income and expenses of the applicant and guarantor(s) and, or the financing details.

  • Click once on the View Summary2 button, to view the summary of the application.

Step 8

Select, or key in the relevant field or column values at the additional sections, displayed at this stage, and then click once on the Save button.

Step 9

System will prompt a confirmation message for user to indicate to go to the 'Main' screen of the function. Click once on the No button, to indicate to remain at the present screen.

Step 10

Then, click once on the Recommendation button.

Step 11

System will display the 'Recommendation' pop-up window.

Step 12

Proceed to do the following at the 'Recommendation' pop-up window (whichever applicable):-

  • Select the relevant recommendation option, and reason code (if recommend to reject) and then input the related remarks (if applicable).

  • Click once on the Save button.

Note:

  • Click once on the Save button, to save the application without submitting it to the next stage.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all data inputted or updated, or return to the previous main screen.

  • Click once on the Rework button, to revert the application to the relevant previous workflow stage.

  • Click once on the Cancel or Reject Appl button, to cancel or reject the application at the present workflow stage.

  • Click once on the Compute DSR button, to trigger the recalculation of the debt service ratio of the application, following any changes on the income and expenses of the applicant and guarantor(s) and, or the financing details.

Step 13

The application will move to the next stage.

Scenario 4: Review and Approve Application at the 'Credit Approval' Stage

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the 'Credit Approval' task card.

Step 4

System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card.

Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage.

Step 5

Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it.

Step 6

System will display the details of the selected credit application.

Step 7

Go through the recommended application’s details, accordingly.

  • Click once on the View Attachments button, to view the attached documents.

  • Click once on the View DSR button, to view the computed debt service ratio of the application, based on the inputted income and expenses of the applicant and guarantor(s) and, or the financing details.

  • Click once on the Preview Agreement button, to preview the extracted agreements (e.g., Letter of Offer).

  • Click once on the View Summary2 button, to view the summary of the application.

Step 8

Then, click once on the Approve2 button.

Step 9

System will display the 'Approval' pop-up window.

Step 10

Proceed to do the following at the 'Approval' pop-up window (whichever applicable):-

  • Overwrite or input value into the following fields:-

    • Approve Amount

    • Reason Code

    • Remarks

    • Approve Date

    • Facility Expiry Date

  • Lastly, click once on the Approve2 button.

Note:

  • Click once on the Save button, to save the application without submitting it to the next stage.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all data inputted or updated, or return to the previous main screen.

  • Click once on the Rework button, to revert the application to the relevant previous workflow stage.

  • Click once on the Cancel or Reject Appl button, to cancel or reject the application at the present workflow stage.

  • Click once on the Compute DSR button, to trigger the recalculation of the debt service ratio of the application, following changes on the income and expenses of the applicant and guarantor(s) and, or the financing details.

Step 11

The application will move to the next stage.

Scenario 5: Accept Application at the 'Customer Decision' Stage

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the 'Customer Decision' task card.

Step 4

System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card.

Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage.

Step 5

Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it.

Step 6

System will display the summary of the selected credit application.

Note:

  • Click once on the Download Agreement button to preview and download the related agreement for signing.

  • Click once on the Details CA button to view the details of the application.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all data inputted or updated, or return to the previous main screen.

  • Click once on the Cancel or Reject Appl button, to cancel or reject the application at the present workflow stage.

Step 7

Proceed to click once on the Accept button.

Step 8

System will display the 'Customer Decision' pop-up window.

Step 9

Proceed to input value into each mandatory field at the pop-up window, and then click once on the 'Generate Account Number' button.

Note:

  • Click on the Cancel button to discard all data inputted or updated, or return to the previous main screen.

Step 10

The application status will be updated as accepted.

Note: After this, the respective credit facility’s account number will be generated.

Scenario 6: Request Assistance on Application

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the Request Assist button to request for the credit application to be assisted by another user.

Step 4

Mouse over each of the relevant credit application’s check box, and then click once on it, to select.

Note: Repeat this step for each relevant credit application.

Step 5

Thereafter, proceed to select value for the following fields:-

  • Assist Type (either, 'Specific' or 'Pool' option)

  • Reassign To (Mandatory, provided Assist Type = 'Specific')

  • Remarks (if required)

Note: For the 'Pool' assist type, the selected credit applications will be sent into a 'pool' to be picked up by random user.

Step 6

Click once on the Save button.

Note: Click on the Cancel button, to exit from the 'Request Assist Screen' pop-up window, and return to the previous screen.

Scenario 7: Save a Draft and Request for Assistance

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the 'My Draft' task card.

Step 4

System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card.

Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage.

Step 5

Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it.

Step 6

System will display the details of the selected credit application.

Step 7

Proceed to input and overwrite value at all the relevant fields or columns in the function, accordingly.

Step 8

Click once on the SaveAssist button.

Step 9

System will prompt a 'Confirmation' message.

Step 10

Click once on the OK button, the details of the application will be saved.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all data inputted or updated

Step 11

System will display the 'Request Assist Screen' pop-up window.

Note: The related application record displayed at the pop-up window will appear automatically selected, indicated by the checked checkbox.

Step 12

Thereafter, proceed to select value for the following fields:-

  • Assist Type (either, 'Specific' or 'Pool' option)

  • Reassign To (Mandatory, provided Assist Type = 'Specific')

  • Remarks (if required)

Note: For the 'Pool' assist type, the selected credit applications will be sent into a 'pool' to be picked up by random user.

Step 13

Click once on the Save button.

Note: Click on the Cancel button, to exit from the 'Request Assist Screen' pop-up window, and return to the previous screen.

Scenario 8: Pick up Random Assistance Requested Application

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the 'Next Assist' task card.

Step 4

System will display the details of the next available assistance requested credit application.

Step 5

Proceed to view, input and overwrite value at all the relevant fields or columns in the function, accordingly.

Scenario 9: Reclaim an Assistance Requested Application

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the My Assisted Tasks button, located at the bottom right-hand side of the function screen.

Step 4

System will display the 'My Assisted Task' panel screen.

Step 5

Mouse over the 'Reclaim' hyperlink of a relevant credit application, and then click once on it.

Note: Repeat this step for each relevant credit application.

Scenario 10: Return Application to the Assistance Requestor

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the Assisting Task button, located at the bottom right-hand side of the function screen.

Step 4

System will display the 'Assisting Task' panel screen.

Step 5

Mouse over the 'Return' hyperlink of a relevant credit application, and then click once on it.

Note: Repeat this step for each relevant credit application.
