CA Workspace Function - Update Scenarios
Scenario 1: Update and Submit Application at the 'Draft' Stage

Step 1 |
From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it. |
Step 2 |
By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen. |
Step 3 |
Proceed to click once on the 'My Draft' task card. Note: The credit applications parked at the 'My Draft' task card is originated from the newly created application from the 'New Application' task card in this 'CA Workspace' function. |
Step 4 |
System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card. Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage. |
Step 5 |
Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it. |
Step 6 |
System will display the details of the selected credit application (as mentioned in the 'View Scenarios' page). |
Step 7 |
Proceed to input and overwrite value at all the relevant fields or columns in the function, accordingly. Note:

Once completed, click once on the Note:

Step 9 |
System will prompt a submission confirmation message. Click once on the |
Step 10 |
The updated details of the application will be saved, and the application will move to the next stage. |
Scenario 2: Update and Submit Application at the 'Credit Check' Stage

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it. |

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen. |
Step 3 |
Proceed to click once on the 'Credit Check' task card. |
Step 4 |
System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card. Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage. |
Step 5 |
Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it. |
Step 6 |
System will display the details of the selected credit application. |
Step 7 |
Proceed to overwrite the relevant fields or columns at the relevant sections, as follows (whichever applicable). However, at the 'Facility' section, proceed to check the facility details and amend the relevant fields' or columns' value, and then click once on the 'Compute' button.

Step 8 |
System will compute and display the repayment details at the bottom part of the 'Facility' section. |
Step 9 |
Click once on the 'KYC' section name, and proceed to do the followings:-

Step 10 |
System will trigger the search for any matching blacklisted customer records, by comparing the customer details inputted for the applicant (main-holder) and guarantor, against the financier’s internal list of blacklisted customer in system. |
Step 11 |
Upon completion of all the relevant KYC checks and that user has taken all other necessary actions on the KYC findings, click once on the Note:

Step 12 |
System will prompt a submission confirmation message. Click once on the |
Step 13 |
The updated details of the application will be saved, and the application will move to the next stage. |
Scenario 3: Review and Recommend Application at the 'Credit Reco' Stage

Proceed to click once on the 'Credit Reco' task card. |
Step 4 |
System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card. Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage. |
Step 5 |
Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it. |
Step 6 |
System will display the details of the selected credit application. |
Step 7 |
Proceed to review all the inputted information, accordingly. Note:

Select, or key in the relevant field or column values at the additional sections, displayed at this stage, and then click once on the |
Step 9 |
System will prompt a confirmation message for user to indicate to go to the 'Main' screen of the function. Click once on the |
Step 10 |
Then, click once on the |

System will display the 'Recommendation' pop-up window. |
Step 12 |
Proceed to do the following at the 'Recommendation' pop-up window (whichever applicable):-

Scenario 4: Review and Approve Application at the 'Credit Approval' Stage

Proceed to click once on the 'Credit Approval' task card. |
Step 4 |
System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card. Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage. |
Step 5 |
Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it. |
Step 6 |
System will display the details of the selected credit application. |
Step 7 |
Go through the recommended application’s details, accordingly.

Then, click once on the |

System will display the 'Approval' pop-up window. |

Proceed to do the following at the 'Approval' pop-up window (whichever applicable):-

Scenario 5: Accept Application at the 'Customer Decision' Stage

Proceed to click once on the 'Customer Decision' task card. |
Step 4 |
System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card. Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage. |
Step 5 |
Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then click once on it. |
Step 6 |
System will display the summary of the selected credit application. Note:

Proceed to click once on the |

System will display the 'Customer Decision' pop-up window. |
Step 9 |
Proceed to input value into each mandatory field at the pop-up window, and then click once on the 'Generate Account Number' button. Note:

The application status will be updated as accepted. Note: After this, the respective credit facility’s account number will be generated. |
Scenario 6: Request Assistance on Application

Thereafter, proceed to select value for the following fields:-
Note: For the 'Pool' assist type, the selected credit applications will be sent into a 'pool' to be picked up by random user. |

Scenario 7: Save a Draft and Request for Assistance

Scenario 8: Pick up Random Assistance Requested Application

Scenario 9: Reclaim an Assistance Requested Application

Scenario 10: Return Application to the Assistance Requestor
