How to Reset Password?

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the Reset Password function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over the Reset Password function name and click once on it.

  3. Search for the relevant User ID and proceed to reset password.

Note:

  • System will proceed with password reset process, and the temporary password will be generated, and sent to the respective user’s email address.
