Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Freeze/Unfreeze Account function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up the screen without any data.

Step 3

Proceed to input value for the search criterion field.

Step 4

Then click once on a relevant search criterion button.

Step 5

System will retrieve records of existing account and displayed accordingly at the Accounts Search pop-up window.

Step 6

Double-click on an existing account record.

Step 7

The information of the selected account record, will be displayed.

Step 8

Proceed to input value into all the relevant fields at the 'Freeze and Unfreeze' sub-panel.

Step 9

Lastly, click once on the button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save data inputted.

Note: Click on the button, to discard all changes made.
