Collateral Maintenance Function - Create Scenarios

Scenario 1: Create Collateral Details

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Collateral Maintenance function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen without any data at the 'Collateral Search Criteria' panel.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the CreateNewRecord button.

Step 4

System will display the New Collateral pop-up window.

Step 5

Proceed to input value into each relevant field at the New Collateral pop-up window and then click once on the Search button.

Note : To search for existing collateral, input extra values into the relevant search criteria fields depending on the collateral type selected. System will display the information on the <More Details> section.

Step 6

Check on the selected checkbox and click on the ConfirmFound button, if this collateral item to be used as collateral. Otherwise, click on the Create button for new collateral.

Step 7

System will display the following panels and sections:-

  • Collateral Info (Panel)

  • Main Details (Section)

  • Additional Details (Section)

  • Insurance (Section)

  • Valuation (Section)

  • Owner (Section)

  • Upload Document (Section)

  • Doc with Expiry date (Section)

Step 8

Proceed to input details into each field or column at the above mentioned sections, whichever is applicable.

Step 9

Then, click on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all data inputted.

Note: To discard all changes made, click on the Cancel button.
