CA Workspace Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View Existing Credit Application

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the CA Workspace function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display all the available related task cards on the screen.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the relevant task card (other than the 'New Application', and the 'Next Assist ' task card).

Step 4

System will display the list of credit applications parked under the selected task card.

Note: The number appears on each card indicates the total number of credit applications under that particular workflow stage.

Step 5

Mouse over a relevant credit application record and then double-click.

Note: Alternatively, user can mouse over a record, and then click once on the Details icon.

Step 6

System will display the details of the selected credit application at the following sections, accordingly:-

  • Main (No field value change will be allowed in this section, once the application has moved to either the 'Credit Reco', or 'Credit Approval' or 'Customer Decision' workflow stage)

  • Applicant (Information or the main-holder can be inputted in this section. User can still add or edit the employment (for individual applicant), and/ or income and expenses details after the 'Draft' stage but not at the 'Customer Decision' stage)

  • Facility (Certain data (e.g., Financing Amount) can be edited during the 'Draft', but the repayment details and DSR can be re-computed during the 'Credit Check', 'Credit Reco', and 'Credit Approval' workflow stages)

  • Guarantor (Guarantor can only be added or removed during 'Draft' workflow stage)

  • Memo (Memos can be added and deleted at any workflow stage)

  • Document (Documents will not be allowed to be uploaded, or removed during the 'Credit Reco', 'Credit Approval', and 'Customer Decision' stage)

  • KYC (Data checking and possible fields or records display will only be during the 'Credit Check' workflow stage)

  • Activity (Data will commence to be displayed upon the creation or 1st time saving the application as draft )

  • Evaluation _(Data checking and computation will commence from the 'Credit Checking' workflow stage.

  • Dedupe (Data checking and possible fields display will commence during the 'Draft' workflow stage, based on the matching Customer ID’s customer information file (CIF) of the applicant (main-holder) and guarantor, against the existing CIF records in system)
