How to Exit from Function Screen?
To exit from the respective function screen, mouse over the 
icon, located near the screen label tab and click on it.
Note:
User can exit from a particular screen or form in the following circumstances:-

While in the process of updating changes to a form (which in this case, the updates will not be saved).

When the maintenance function has been completed (data entry or data change or update has been completed).

When the enquiry function is in progress (data entry or data change or update has been completed) but before executing the search, or computation.
