Holiday Function - Create Scenarios

Scenario 1: Create Country Holiday

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Holiday function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data, at the Country Holiday section.

Note:

  • All the available country holidays will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or input the relevant search criteria, and then click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Click once on the CreateNewRecord button.

Step 4

System will display the Holiday Editor window.

Step 5

Proceed to input values into all relevant fields at the Holiday Editor pop-up window.

Step 6

Then, click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save data inputted.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.

Scenario 2: Create State Holiday

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Holiday function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

Click once on the State Holiday section.

Note:

  • All the available state holidays will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or input the relevant search criteria, and then click once on the Refresh button.

Step 4

Thereafter, click once on the CreateNewRecord button.

Step 5

System will display the Holiday Editor window.

Step 6

Proceed to input values into all relevant fields at the Holiday Editor pop-up window.

Step 7

Then, click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save data inputted.
