Non Past Due Account Enquiry Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View-Recovered-Delinquent Account Details and Activities

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the 'Non Past Due Account Enquiry' function, and then click on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available debt collection cases (accounts) will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list, or to narrow down the list, by inputting value into the relevant search criteria fields available, and then pressed on either the 'Tab' or 'Enter' key on the keyboard, or click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Mouse over the record and click at View icon.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the related details of the selected debt collection case (account) at the 'Account Details' panel at the following sections:-

  • Summary

  • Customer Details

  • Account Info

  • CIF Info

  • PTP

  • History

  • Legal Case

  • Remarks

Note:

  • Click once on the respective available section name (e.g., Account Info, CIF Info, PTP, History, Legal Case and Remarks), in order to view the more details.

  • Mouse over an account holder’s record at the 'CIF Info' section, in order to view the related details below the section.

  • Mouse over a contact date record at the 'PTP' section, in order to view the related PTP records.

  • Mouse over a legal instruction record at the 'Legal Case' section, in order to view the related legal phase details.
