How to View the Total Credit Scoring of the Credit Facility?

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the Credit Scoring Enquiry function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over the Credit Scoring Enquiry function name and click once on it.

  3. Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen.

  4. Search and select for the relevant credit application.

  5. System will display the details of the credit scoring of the selected credit application.

Note: In most banks and financial institutions, the Credit Scoring Enquiry function is usually accessible by only a certain groups of users and user levels, involve in the credit application processing process (especially during recommendation or approval). This is because the total credit scores scored by each customer, is considered private and confidential at respective bank or financial institution.
