Reminder Scheme Maint. Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1:Change Details of Reminder Scheme

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Reminder Scheme Maint. function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display Reminder Scheme panel with unfiltered list of reminder schemes.

Note:

  • All the available reminder schemes will be listed, if any.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or to narrow down the list by inputting value into the relevant search criteria fields available, and then click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Click once on the Details icon, of a reminder scheme.

Step 4

System will display the details of the selected reminder scheme, including the available list or reminders at the Reminder Scheme Details panel.

Step 5

Click once on the Details icon, of a reminder.

Step 6

The details of the selected reminder’s extraction settings will be displayed at the Reminder Scheme Details pop-up window.

Step 7

Proceed to overwrite the relevant field values at the Reminder Scheme Details pop-up window, as follows, and then click once on the OK button.

  • Mouse over each text field, and overwrite or key in the related field or column value.

  • Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the ExpandedPrompt icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select.

  • Mouse over a radio button option of a field, and then click once on it, to select.

Step 8

Lastly, click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save data inputted.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.
