Officer Work Desk Function - Introduction

This function basically allows each user of financial institution to do the following towards greater productivity in completing each task assigned to him:-

  • To monitor, track and view the list of pending tasks assigned to him

  • To easily pick or navigate to the task related function

In addition, the function also allows user to view the following details:-

  • View application of certain statuses (e.g., P - Pending and C - Completed)

  • The number of days that the respective workflow task is still pending for completion
