Collateral Security Value Function - Introduction
Collaterals are simply assets of customers or borrowers that have been pledged to banks or financial institutions as the security for the repayment of credit facilities granted to them. Therefore, each of the collateral worth or in other words the security value of each collateral is often revalued during credit review with frequency depending on the practice of respective bank or financial institution.
As such, this function allows user to do the following:-
