Pricing Scheme Function - Create Scenarios

Scenario 1: Create Pricing Scheme

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Pricing Scheme function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the Pricing Scheme List panel, containing an unfiltered list of pricing scheme(s), if any.

Note:

  • All the available pricing scheme(s) will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or input the relevant search criteria and click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Click once on the CreateNewRecord button.

Step 4

System will display Pricing Details panel.

Step 5

Proceed to input relevant field values at the Pricing Details panel, as follows:-

  • Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value.

  • Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the ExpandedPrompt icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select.

  • Mouse over a radio button option of a field, and then click once on it, to select.

  • Click once on the Calendar icon, for system to display the calendar window for user to select the relevant date value for a field or column.

  • Click once on the Add button, for system to display the 'Pricing Rates' window for data input, and then to click once on the OK button, to confirm to populate the pricing tier record into the 'Pricing Tier Details' sub-panel.

  • Click once on the Remove Delete icon of a pricing tier record, to remove it.

Note: The Add button, is only applicable for the 'M - Tier (Hit) By Period' pricing type of pricing schemes.

Step 6

Lastly, click once on the Save button to save all the data. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will proceed to capture and save data inputted.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.
