Change Password Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Change Password

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Change Password function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with existing information of the logon user, including the login details.

Step 3

Input the existing password at the 'Current Password' field at the 'Change Password' sub-panel.

Step 4

Thereafter, key in a new password at the 'New Password' field.

Note:

The newly entered password must adhere to the related parameter settings that have been pre-defined during system implementation. Otherwise, the error message will be displayed in the 'New Password Criteria' section.

Step 5

Confirm the password by re-entering the password in the ‘Confirm New Password’ field.

Note:

The newly entered password must adhere to the related parameter settings that have been pre-defined during system implementation. Otherwise, the error message will be displayed in the 'New Password Criteria' section.

Step 6

Click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all the data inputted.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all updates made.
