Maintain Schedule Task Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Schedule Tasks

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Maintain Schedule Task function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up the screen without any data at the Maintain Schedule Task panel.

Step 3

Select a category of banking jobs (also refers banking task) at the 'Task' field, and then click once on the Load button.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the related details at the 'Task Name' and 'Description' sub-panels, below.

Step 5

Proceed to input the rest of the required field values at the panels.

Step 6

Thereafter, click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save the data inputted or updated.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard any changes made.

Scenario 2: Update Tasks Schedule

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Maintain Schedule Task function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up the screen without any data at the Maintain Schedule Task panel.

Step 3

Select a category of banking jobs (also refers banking task) at the 'Task' field, and then click once on the Load button.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the related details at the 'Task Name' and 'Description' sub-panels, below.

Step 5

Proceed to overwrite the required field values at the panels.

Step 6

Lastly, click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save the data inputted or updated.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard any changes made.

Scenario 3: Activate Tasks Schedule

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Maintain Schedule Task function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up the screen without any data at the Maintain Schedule Task panel.

Step 3

Select a category of banking jobs (also refers banking task) at the 'Task' field, and then click once on the Load button.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the related details at the 'Task Name' and 'Description' sub-panels, below.

Step 5

Click once on the 'Activate' button located at the bottom of the panel.

Step 6

Before activating, the system will display a Confirm pop-up window to seeking confirmation to ensure that all changes to the task schedule have been saved. Proceed to click on the OK button. System will confirm that the selected group of tasks has been activated.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard any changes made.

Scenario 4: Deactivate Tasks Schedule

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Maintain Schedule Task function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up the screen without any data at the Maintain Schedule Task panel.

Step 3

Select a category of banking jobs (also refers banking task) at the 'Task' field, and then click once on the Load button.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the related details at the 'Task Name' and 'Description' sub-panels, below.

Step 5

Click once on the 'Deactivate' button located at the bottom of the panel. System will confirm that the selected group of task has been deactivated.

Note:

  • Only 'activated' tasks can be deactivated.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to discard any changes made.
