Bulk Hold Allocation Function - Fields Description

At this function, user will come across various fields or columns that needs to be maintained with relevant data.

The descriptions of the respective field or column, are as follows:-

<Hold Allocation in Bulk> (Panel)

<Main>Panel

Current Officer

This refers to the identification number and name of the assigned Collection Officer. This is a search criteria data input field.

Product Line

This refers to the line of product of the delinquent accounts. This is a search criteria data input field.

Current Plan

This refers to the current collection plan of the delinquent account. This is a search criteria data input field.

From DPD

This refers to the starting range of the number of days in past due. This is a search criteria data input field.

Note: The value that user can input in this field cannot be greater than the value inputted in the 'To Days(s) Past Due (DPD)' field.

To DPD

This refers to the ending range of the number of days in past due. This is a search criteria data input field.

Ccy

This refers to the currency of the loan amount, e.g.PHP, MYR, USD and SGD.

Note: The value has been defaulted to PHP

From Loan Amt

This refers to the starting range of a loan amount. This is a search criteria data input field. .

Note:

The value that user can input in this field cannot be greater than the value inputted in the 'To Loan Amt.' field.

To Loan Amt

This refers to the ending range of a loan amount. This is a search criteria data input field.

<Apply All> Panel

New Expiry Date

This refers to the hold allocation expiry date.

Remarks

This refers to an additional information relating to the hold allocation.

<Account Listing>Panel

Acct No

This refers to the unique reference number of the respective delinquent account.

Product Line

This refers to the line of product of the respective delinquent account.

DPD

This refers to the number of days the respective account in past due.

Ccy

This refers to the currency of the respective delinquent account.

Loan Amt

This refers to the loan amount of the respective delinquent account.

Current Plan

This refers to the current collection plan of the respective delinquent account.

Current Expiry Date

This refers to the current expiry date of the hold allocation of the respective delinquent account.

New Expiry Date

This refers to the new expiry date of the hold allocation of the respective delinquent account.
