This is the 'mark down buffer' fraction number that is used to multiply, to compute the income amount, or expenses amount, to determine the debt service ratio, e.g., 100 (the present default value). User can change it to other value, e.g., 80 or any suitable value. |
Ex. Rate |
This is the exchange rate to be used to derive the base currency equivalent income amount, in the case if the income received is in foreign currency. |
Average |
This is the applicant’s monthly average income amount (in base currency) in the present year. |
Recognized Amt |
This is the computed monthly income amount, or expenses (in base currency) in the present year to be used for the credit application evaluation. |
