Trans Doc Printing Function - Introduction

This function basically allows user to preview and print a single document, or several documents, extracted automatically, following each performed or approved transaction.

To perform printing of transaction documents, authorised user must ensure the following:-

  1. The document template files have been pre-maintained at the 'Template Maintenance' function

  2. The related template files have been pre-mapped to the related transactions at the 'Transaction Document Maintenance' function

  3. The printer has been pre-set

This function is accessible, directly from the tree menu of the system, or it will be automatically displayed upon each transaction, as a pop-up window.

Reprinting of transaction documents can be performed at the 'Transaction Document Reprinting' function.
