Bulk Reassign Case Function - Introduction
The purpose of the debt collection department in the respective bank or financial institution is to pursue for payments of debts owed by individuals or businesses.
This function allows user (the Debt Collection Manager) to do the following:-

To view number of accounts that is to be reassigned and has been reassigned.

To reassign the list of delinquent accounts from one Collection Officer to another, within a team, or from one team to another under his management.
