This function allows the user to create a memo or notice for its associated Customer IDs. This memo can be used at any time, and one useful purpose would be to warn system users, e.g., in the case of any deceased customer.

This function allows user to specify the effective and expiry dates for each memo. Furthermore, feedbacks on the relevant memo can be allowed.

Once a memo has been marked as effective, it will be displayed at the 'Memo Alert' pop-up window after the user has inputted the 'Customer ID' search criterion at the relevant function screens.

In addition, user can also proceed to the 'Account Message' function to create memo to be associated with account number.

The memo created via the 'Account Message' function can also be viewed from this function.
