Common Code Function - Delete Scenarios

Scenario 1: Delete Codes from a Category

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Common Code function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available codes' categories will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or to narrow down the list using the available search criteria.

Step 3

Click once on the Remove Delete icon of a category of codes. Note: Repeat Step 3 until all the required codes have been removed from a category, before proceeding to Step 4.

Step 4

Click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will save the latest data. Otherwise, changes will not be saved.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.
