Blacklist Customer Maintenance Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Update the Details of Customer’s Blacklist Record

Details
Step 1	From the Tree Menu, search for the Blacklisted Customer Maintenance function, and then click once on it.
Step 2	By default, system will display Blacklist Customer panel.
Step 3	Proceed to input the search criterion value into the 'Enter Name or ID (at least 3 characters)' search criterion field. Then, click once on either the 'Name' or 'ID No.' search criterion button, whichever is applicable.
Step 4	System will retrieve and display the existing blacklisted records of the selected customer.
Step 5	Click once at the icon of a record.
Step 6	System will display the selected records' details at the Blacklist Details panel.
Step 7	Proceed to input or overwrite all the relevant field values (whichever applicable), as follows, and then click once on the button. Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value. Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select. Click once on the icon of a record, to remove it. Click once on the icon, for system to display a pop-up window containing more related details of a selected record. Click once on the icon, for system to display the calendar window for user to select the relevant date value for a field or column. Click once on the button. System will display the New Upload pop-up window. Drag the relevant file from user’s local machine and place it at the 'Drop File Here' area, and then click once on the 'Upload' button. Once the file name displayed at the pop-up window, click once on the button, to upload document file.
Step 8	Lastly, Click once on the button to save all data. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save data updated. Note: Click once on the icon, to discard all changes made.

Step 1

Note: Click once on the Cancel icon, to discard all changes made.
