Agreement Conditions Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Update Agreement Code that Has Not Been Submitted for Approval

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Agreement Conditions function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with existing agreement code records, if any .

Step 3

Mouse over a record of agreement code and click once on the Details icon.

Step 4

The details of the selected agreement code will be displayed at the 'Agreement Details' panel in the following sub-panels:

  • <Agreement Category> located at the top part of the panel

  • Agreement List

  • Agreement Details

Step 5

Mouse over the Details button of a record at the 'Agreement List' sub-panel and then click once on it. Then, overwrite field values at the 'Agreement Details' pop-up window and then click once on the OK button.

Step 6

Mouse over the Details button of a record at the 'Agreement Details' sub-panel and then click once on it. Then, overwrite field values at the 'Configure Conditions' panel and then click once on the OK button.

Note:

  • At the 'Agreement Details' panel:

    • Click once on the Add button.

    • System will display the 'Configure Condition' panel containing the following sub-panels:-

      • Agreement Criterion

      • Configure Condition

      • Output Document

    • Proceed to input value into each relevant field at the 'Configure Condition' sub-panel and then click once on the 'And', and/ or 'Or' operator button for the required Structured Query Language (SQL) statements for data filtering purpose to be displayed at the 'Filters' column.

    • Upon satisfied on the input made at the 'Configure Condition' sub-panel, click once on the OK button.

      • Click once on the TestCondition button to input the relevant agreement documents' generation conditions to ensure they will provide the retrieve the relevant document(s).

      • Click once on the CopyConditions button to select the relevant record of agreement document filter conditions created earlier to copy the same conditions for modification at the new record of agreement document conditions that user is creating.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.

Step 7

Click once on the Save button to save all data. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will proceed to capture and save data inputted.

Note:

  • Click once on the Submit button, to send the agreement code for approval.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.

Scenario 2: Approve an Agreement Code

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Agreement Conditions function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with existing agreement code records, if any.

Step 3

Mouse over a record of agreement code and click once on the Details icon.

Step 4

The details of the selected agreement code will be displayed at the 'Agreement Details' panel in the following sub-panels:

  • <Agreement Category> located at the top part of the panel

  • Agreement List

  • Agreement Details

Step 5

Mouse over the Details button of a record at the 'Agreement List' sub-panel and then click once on it, to view more details.

Step 6

Mouse over the Details button of a record at the 'Agreement Details' sub-panel and then click once on it, to view more details.

Step 7

Thereafter, click on the Approve button and system will update the status of the agreement code as 'Approved'.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.

Scenario 3: Send an Agreement Code for Rework

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Agreement Conditions function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with existing agreement code records, if any.

Step 3

Mouse over a record of agreement code and click once on the Details icon.

Step 4

The details of the selected agreement code will be displayed at the 'Agreement Details' panel in the following sub-panels:

  • <Agreement Category> located at the top part of the panel

  • Agreement List

  • Agreement Details

Step 5

Mouse over the Details button of a record at the 'Agreement List' sub-panel and then click once on it, to view more details.

Step 6

Mouse over the Details button of a record at the 'Agreement Details' sub-panel and then click once on it, to view more details.

Step 7

Thereafter, click on the Rework button and system will update the status of the rule code as 'P - Pending'.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.
