Periodic Task Monitor Function - Fields Description

At this function, user will come across various fields or columns that needs to be maintained with relevant data.

The descriptions of the respective field or column, are as follows:-

Periodic Task Monitor
Processing Date	This is the date of which periodic jobs, or tasks have been executed, or take place in system.
Period Type	This is the category of periodic process' jobs or tasks that have been taken place. The possible options, are as follows:- SOD (refers to 'Start-Of-Day' periodic jobs) EOD (refers to 'End-Of-Day' periodic jobs) EOM (refers to 'End-Of-Month' periodic jobs)
Auto-Refresh	This is the check box to be checked to trigger the function screen to be refreshed or updated with the latest processed data. Mouse over the check box and click once to check the box. Mouse over the checked check box to deselect it.
Periodic Monitor(Sub Panel)
Group	This is the code of the group of the respective periodic process jobs, or tasks, e.g., SOD, EOD and EOM.
Period Type	This is the code of the respective sub-category of periodic process jobs, or tasks, e.g., PRE_EOD, POST_EOD, PRO_SOD and POST_SOD.
Total Count	This is the total number of jobs or tasks under each sub-category of periodic process type to be processed.
New Count	This is the total number of periodic jobs, or tasks that have yet to be processed (The Task Status = ' N - New').
Waiting Count	This is the total number of periodic jobs, or tasks of which are waiting to be processed in system (Task Status = ' W - Waiting').
Running Count	This is the total number of periodic jobs, or tasks that are still being processed in system (The Task Status = ' R - Running').
Success Count	This is the total number of periodic jobs, or tasks that have been completed successfully (Task Status = S - Successful).
Error Count	This is the total number of periodic jobs, or tasks that cannot be completed as they contained some errors (Task Status = 'E - Error').

Timestamp	This is the date and time that an error was discovered, on a periodic job, or task that has been processed.
Task ID	This is the periodic job, or task’s system generated reference number and description.
Task Descr.	This is the brief details of the respective periodic job or task that has been performed.
Branch	This is the code and name of the branch of the bank or financial institution in the system of which the error of respective periodic job, or task, was discovered.
Module	This is the area in system of which the error of the respective periodic job, or task, was discovered, e.g., LN - Financing.
Period Type	This is the periodic type, of a list of periodic jobs, or tasks of which user can manually trigger to take place, e.g., SOD, or EOD, or EOM.
Error Code	This is the code of the error found arising from a periodic job, or task.
Error Descr.	This is the brief definition of the respective error code.

Periodic Task Monitor

Processing Date

This is the date of which periodic jobs, or tasks have been executed, or take place in system.

Period Type

This is the category of periodic process' jobs or tasks that have been taken place.

The possible options, are as follows:-

SOD (refers to 'Start-Of-Day' periodic jobs)
EOD (refers to 'End-Of-Day' periodic jobs)
EOM (refers to 'End-Of-Month' periodic jobs)

Auto-Refresh

This is the check box to be checked to trigger the function screen to be refreshed or updated with the latest processed data.

Mouse over the check box and click once to check the box. Mouse over the checked check box to deselect it.

Group

This is the code of the group of the respective periodic process jobs, or tasks, e.g., SOD, EOD and EOM.

Period Type

This is the code of the respective sub-category of periodic process jobs, or tasks, e.g., PRE_EOD, POST_EOD, PRO_SOD and POST_SOD.

Total Count

This is the total number of jobs or tasks under each sub-category of periodic process type to be processed.

New Count

This is the total number of periodic jobs, or tasks that have yet to be processed (The Task Status = ' N - New').

Waiting Count

This is the total number of periodic jobs, or tasks of which are waiting to be processed in system (Task Status = ' W - Waiting').

Running Count

This is the total number of periodic jobs, or tasks that are still being processed in system (The Task Status = ' R - Running').

Success Count

This is the total number of periodic jobs, or tasks that have been completed successfully (Task Status = S - Successful).

Error Count

This is the total number of periodic jobs, or tasks that cannot be completed as they contained some errors (Task Status = 'E - Error').

Timestamp

This is the date and time that an error was discovered, on a periodic job, or task that has been processed.

Task ID

This is the periodic job, or task’s system generated reference number and description.

Branch

This is the code and name of the branch of the bank or financial institution in the system of which the error of respective periodic job, or task, was discovered.

This is the area in system of which the error of the respective periodic job, or task, was discovered, e.g., LN - Financing.

This is the periodic type, of a list of periodic jobs, or tasks of which user can manually trigger to take place, e.g., SOD, or EOD, or EOM.
