The screen will be displayed once user has clicked once on the 'OK' button at either the 'Error Correction' or 'Credit Module Reversal' transaction screen.

This screen basically allows user to input the required details in order to correct or reverse a transaction.

The access to this screen is dependent on the module that has been implemented in system and, also the security access rights pre-maintained in the system.
