Workflow Process Monitoring Function - Introduction

This function simply allows the system administrator, or the person in charge of the related processes to track the movement or activities of the respective workflow or process in system, to ensure better productivity in the bank or financial institution by using the system.

Users will be able to do the following in this function:-

  • View the list of applications' workflows or accounts' workflows (with customer name, application number or account number, created date and time, total time lapsed)

  • View the respective assigned task details (including workflow stages of the respective task, the task assigned date, completion date, and the duration taken to complete the task)

  • Reassign the task of any relevant workflow stage to be attended by another user.
