Template Maintenance Function - Introduction

There can be many types of documents for various purposes to be generated throughout the system, like letters (e.g., offer letters, reminder letters), vouchers, advices, bank statements, SMS (e.g., alert customer to upload documents) and email (e.g., alert to change password).

Therefore, this function will come in handy to allow user to pre-define the required document templates for use across customers, applications and accounts.

This function simply allows users to do the following:-

  • Upload pre-composed templates of various content types (SMS or email or letter or inbox messages) and purposes into the system.

  • View templates' history or different versions of templates uploaded.

  • View the applicable keywords used in the various templates.

The templates created in this function will be tagged to various related functions for use, depending on the need in various modules and product lines in system.

Some functions in system, whereby templates are required to be tagged, are as follows:-

  • Transaction Doc Maintenance (to tag the document template requires by the respective transaction).

  • Reminder Scheme Maint (to tag the document template requires by the respective type of reminder letter).

  • Product Maintenance (to tag document template requires by various parameters for difference purpose, e.g., for statement purpose).
