Country and State Function - Create Scenarios

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Country and State function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the CreateNewRecord button.

Step 4

Proceed to input values into all the relevant fields and columns displayed on the Country Detail panel.

  • Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value.

  • Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the ExpandedPrompt icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select.

  • Mouse over a radio button option of a field, and then click once on it, to select.

  • Click once on the Add button, for system to display the 'State Details' window for data input, and then to confirm by clicking once on the OK button, to populate the data of the new record.

  • Click once on the Remove Delete icon of a record, to remove it.

  • Click once on the Details icon, for system to display a pop-up window containing more related details of a selected record.

Step 5

Lastly, Click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all data inputted.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all inputs made.
