Supervisor Level 1

The value of this field is retrieved, subject to the following conditions:-

  • By the pre-maintained function authority override requirement by supervisor group and/ or level, for a particular function of the same branch as the maker.

  • If the maker happens to be a member of a function authority override supervisor group and/ or level (either verifier or authorizer) pre-maintained, system will exclude the maker’s user identity number from the availability list of checkers.

  • System will only include qualified checkers who are ‘A - Active’ and on duty (also will check against the leaves plan) including those who has not logged on to the system.

Note: If both the verifier users (checker 1) and the authorizer supervisors (checker 2) override have been set for a function or report, maker must assign a different supervisor User ID to each group for override approval as each selected checker can only appear, once as either verifier (checker 1) or authorizer (checker 2) at the selection list, but not as both verifier and authorizer at the same time.

Supervisor Level 2

This is the list of available authorizer supervisors (or checkers level 2) whom an override can be assigned.

The value of this field is retrieved subject to the following conditions:-

  • This Assign Override - Checker View panel will pop up once user has clicked once on the Save button of the respective function in system, provided the function authority override requirement by supervisor group and/ or level, for a particular function has been pre-maintained.

  • The purposes of this Assign Override - Checker View panel, are as follows:-

    • For user (maker) to assign the relevant supervisor(s) to perform override approval on the actions he has performed on the function or report in system.

    • For the supervisors (checkers) to perform override approval on the actions the maker has performed on the function or report in system.
