Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Transaction GL Maintenance function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Step 3

Click once on the button.

Step 4

System will display the Transaction GL Maintenance Details window.

Step 5

Proceed to input value into all the relevant fields at the Transaction GL Maintenance Details pop-up window.

Step 6

Lastly, click once on the button to save all data. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all data inputted.

Note: Click once on the button, to discard all inputs made.
