Account Classification Code Function - Fields Description
At this function, user will come across various fields or columns that needs to be maintained with relevant data.
The descriptions of the respective field or column, are as follows:-

This is the name of a performing and non-performing account classification code, e.g., Standard and Special Mentioned. |
Category |
This is to indicate whether a particular account class belongs to the following categories of loans or credit facilities:- The options, are as follows:-

CB Class |
This is the Central Bank’s account classification code that has been mapped to a certain bank’s or financial institution’s account classification code. |
Suspend Income |
This indicates whether to suspend the impacted credit facility accounts, in the event that those account falls into a particular account classification. Note:

Severity |
This is the risk severity level to be associated with the respective credit facility account’s class, e.g., 1 - the least risk severity and 5 - has greater risk severity. |
Remarks |
This is the summary of the respective account classification maintained for used in system, and its auto inserted and displayed. Examples: DPD: 121 /Provision: 90% / Reclass DPD ⇐ : 90 DPD: 150 / Provision: 100% / Reclass DPD ⇐ : 120 |

Suspend Income |
This indicates whether to suspend the impacted credit facility accounts, in the event that those account falls into a particular account classification. The available options, are as follows:-

Severity |
This is the risk severity level to be associated with the respective credit facility account’s class, e.g., 1 - the least risk severity and 5 - has greater risk severity. |
Up To Day Past Due |
This is the maximum number of days to class the respective credit account to an account class, e.g., < 30 days - Standard, and < 90 days - Special Mention. For 2nd class onwards, the starting count of days of the Days Past Due (DPD), is the ending count of days of DPD from previous class. |
Provision |
This is the specific provision for debts (in percentage), e.g., 10%, to be provided for the accounts under the respective classification. |
Reclass when Day Past Due ⇐ This Value |
This is the number of past due days or less condition that has to be met to reclass the credit accounts within the respective classification. |

This is the User ID of the user who has created the account classification code. |
Created On |
This is the date the account classification code has been created. |
Updated By |
This is the User ID of the user who has updated the details of the account classification code. |
Updated On |
This is the date the details of the account classification code has been updated. |
