Assign Override (Assign & Perform Override) Function - Create Scenarios

Scenario 1: Assign Override

Details

Step 1

Once the Assign Override - Checker panel has popped up, system will display the details of the task that requires supervisor override, focused at the 'Supervisor' section.

Note: User can go to the 'Information' section to check out the details of the task that requires supervisor override.

Step 2

Proceed to select relevant supervisor’s User ID as 'Checker Level 1' at the 'Supervisor Level 1' field.

Note:

  • The maximum levels of supervisor override requirement that can be pre-maintained via the Function Authority Maintenance function is 2 levels.

  • If 2 levels of supervisor override requirement has been pre-maintained, then, user (maker) will need to select supervisor User ID for Supervisor Level 1 and the Supervisor Level 2 fields.

Step 3

Then, click once on the Assign button, where system will proceed to assign override.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.
