This function basically allows user to print documents other than those front desk transactions related documents. This function requires user to select the relevant document and input the relevant parameter values for system to retrieve the data to be printed in one of the following manners:-

When user selects this option, he will be able to view the selected document on the screen, e.g., in the Internet Explorer ('IE') frame, where the user will be able to save the document into the local machine or print from the IE.

When user selects this option, system will retrieve the email address from the respective customer information file record. The selected document will be attached to the email in PDF format.

When user selects this function, it allows user to download and save as a compressed file.
